Popeye’s Cheesy Spinach Dip
Preparing a rich, creamy dip for a crowd just became easier with the strength of Popeye® Chopped Spinach. This is a perfect appetizer for a crowd of sports enthusiasts.

Ingredients
- 1 can (13.5 oz.) Popeye® Spinach chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks softened to room temperature
- 8 oz (1 cup) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp each onion powder and garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese divided
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F. Rinse and drain spinach well in a colander, squeezing out extra liquid.
- Melt cream cheese in a 3-qt. saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese; stir until smooth. Gently stir in spinach.
- Spread in shallow 1 ½-qt. casserole; sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, baguette slices, crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips.
